We are not an airline, hotel, resort, casino, or tourism authority, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any such company or authority.

• Information you give us by phone. Your name, phone number, email address, departure city, travel dates, number and ages of travelers, hotel or room preferences, approximate budget, and other details you choose to share so an agent can help you review travel options.
• Booking and payment information. If you decide to book, the details needed to complete a reservation, such as traveler names and billing details. Card details are processed by the applicable travel supplier or payment processor.
• Call information. Call time, duration, and the phone number used to reach us. Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality and training purposes where permitted by law; you will be notified at the start of the call and may ask that recording be stopped.
• Website and device information. IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and similar technical data collected automatically.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use the information described above to:

• respond to your call and discuss available travel options;
• request availability and pricing from travel suppliers on your behalf;
• arrange, confirm, modify, or cancel a booking you authorize;
• send booking confirmations, itineraries, and service-related messages;

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, request a copy in a portable format, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and residents of other states and countries may have similar rights.
