Call And Go Las Vegas is an independent travel booking service operated from 235 Poplar St, Spindale, NC 28160, United States. We assist travelers by phone in reviewing and arranging flights, hotel and resort stays, and flight + hotel vacation packages for trips to Las Vegas, Nevada.

We are not an airline, hotel, resort, casino, or tourism authority. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an official or authorized booking channel for any airline, hotel chain, resort, casino, online travel agency, or Las Vegas tourism authority. Any brand names mentioned during a call are used only to identify travel products and do not imply a relationship.

When you book through us, we act as an intermediary between you and the travel supplier that actually provides the flight, room, or package. The supplier is responsible for providing the travel service, and its own terms, conditions, fare rules, and policies apply to your reservation. We will identify the supplier and provide access to its terms before you confirm a booking.

We do not publish prices on this website. Travel pricing and availability are set by suppliers, change frequently, and are quoted only during a call. Any quote is an estimate until the supplier confirms the reservation and issues a confirmation number.

We make no claim of a lowest price, best price guarantee, guaranteed savings, or exclusive rates unless a specific offer is described to you during a call, and any such offer is subject to the supplier's terms and availability at that time. Total price disclosure — including taxes, resort fees, carrier fees, and any service fee we charge — will be provided verbally before you authorize payment.

You agree to:

• provide accurate traveler names exactly as they appear on government-issued photo ID or passport, along with correct dates, contact details, and payment information;
• review the itinerary, total price, and supplier rules read to you or sent to you before authorizing a booking;
• be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract, and be authorized to use the payment method provided;
• confirm your own passport, visa, identification, health, and entry requirements — we do not verify them on your behalf;
• comply with the age, occupancy, deposit, and incidental-hold policies of the hotel or resort, which are set by the property.

Name changes, misspellings, and incorrect travel dates may not be correctable after ticketing and may result in supplier charges or a total loss of the fare.

We may charge a service fee for booking assistance. Any service fee will be disclosed to you during the call before you authorize payment, will appear separately where applicable, and is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Supplier charges, taxes, government fees, resort fees, and airline ancillary charges are set by the supplier and are not ours.

Changes and cancellations are governed by the supplier's rules for your specific reservation and by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Many airfares and promotional hotel rates are non-refundable or carry change penalties. Ask your agent about the exact rules for your booking before you confirm it.

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes to learn about our services and contact us. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or republish the content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the site's operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All site content, text, and images are owned by us or used under licence.

This website and its content are provided "as is" and for general information only. Descriptions of hotels, resorts, amenities, and package options are general in nature; not every property is all-inclusive, and specific inclusions vary by property, room type, and travel dates. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, overbookings, strikes, weather events, or other conditions caused by suppliers or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount of the service fee you paid directly to Call And Go Las Vegas for the booking in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Travel insurance is optional and is not included unless you purchase it. We recommend considering trip protection for cancellations, delays, and medical events. Coverage, exclusions, and claims are handled entirely by the insurance provider.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, unless applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may update these Terms of Service. The "Last updated" date shows when the current version took effect, and continued use of the website or our booking line after an update means you accept the revised terms.
