Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled for travel arranged through Call And Go Las Vegas, including which rules come from the travel supplier and which come from us.

Last updated: January 1, 2026

1. Supplier Rules Come First

Every reservation is subject to the cancellation and refund rules of the airline, hotel, resort, or package supplier that provides it. Those rules are set by the supplier, vary by fare class, rate plan, property, and travel date, and are read to you during the call before you authorize payment. Where supplier rules and this policy differ for a supplier-controlled charge, the supplier's rules apply.

2. Typical Supplier Rules You Should Expect

  • Flights. Most discounted and basic-economy airfares are non-refundable once ticketed. Airlines may allow changes for a fee plus any fare difference, or may issue a future travel credit instead of a refund. Name changes are generally not permitted.
  • Hotels and resorts. Flexible rates usually allow free cancellation up to a stated deadline (commonly 24–72 hours before check-in). Prepaid, advance-purchase, and promotional rates are frequently non-refundable from the moment of booking.
  • Vacation packages. Packages combine supplier components; each component may carry its own penalty, and cancelling one part can affect the price or validity of the rest.
  • No-shows. Failing to travel or to check in without cancelling in advance normally forfeits the full amount paid.

These are common examples, not a promise about your specific booking. Ask your agent for the exact rules that apply before you confirm.

3. Our Service Fee

Where we charge a booking-assistance service fee, that fee is disclosed to you verbally before payment is authorized. The service fee covers the work of researching, arranging, and confirming your reservation.

  • If you cancel a booking within 24 hours of confirmation and the supplier permits a full cancellation with no penalty, we refund our service fee in full.
  • If we make an error in your booking, we correct it at our cost where possible and refund our service fee for that booking.
  • After that period, the service fee is generally non-refundable because the work has already been performed, even where the supplier issues a refund for the travel itself.

4. How to Cancel or Change a Booking

Call (844) 517-2363 as early as possible, or email hello@callandgolasvegas.com with your confirmation number, traveler name, and travel dates. Cancellation requests are effective when we receive them and are recorded against your reservation; a request sent outside business hours takes effect when we process it, so call rather than email if a deadline is near.

You may also be able to cancel directly with the airline or hotel using the supplier confirmation number we provide. Let us know if you do so, so our records stay accurate.

5. Refund Timelines

Once a supplier approves a refund, funds are returned to the original payment method. The supplier controls the processing time; airlines and hotels commonly take 7–30 business days, and your bank or card issuer may add several more days before the credit appears on your statement. We will pass on the supplier's reference for the refund on request and follow up with the supplier if it exceeds the stated timeline.

6. Airline-Specific Rights (U.S. Bookings)

For tickets on flights to, from, or within the United States, U.S. Department of Transportation rules generally allow you to cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of booking, provided the reservation was made at least seven days before departure. You are also generally entitled to a refund when the airline cancels or significantly changes your flight and you choose not to accept the alternative offered. We will help you request these refunds from the airline.

7. Disruptions Outside Anyone's Control

Weather events, strikes, mechanical issues, health advisories, and similar disruptions are handled under the supplier's policy at the time, which may result in a credit, a rebooking, or a refund. We will contact the supplier on your behalf and explain the options available, but we cannot compel a supplier to issue a refund it does not offer.

8. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance, when purchased, is refundable only within the free-look window set by the insurer and is otherwise non-refundable. Claims are submitted to and decided by the insurance provider, not by us.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at (844) 517-2363 so we can review it. We will investigate and respond within five business days. Filing a chargeback before contacting us can delay resolution because the supplier will typically freeze the booking while the dispute is open.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy. The version in effect on the date you book is the version that applies to your reservation.
